The Role
We're seeking talented UI/UX Designers at Junior, Medior, and Senior levels to join our network of designers creating exceptional user experiences for our European clients. You'll work remotely from home in the Philippines with the flexibility to visit our Davao office when needed for collaboration or team events.
You'll be working on diverse projects spanning web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise software to create intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered designs. Whether you're augmenting a client's existing design team or working on dedicated project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills while working with international teams.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for creating user-centered designs that solve real problems and delight users. Your work will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions, and creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. You'll design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, develop and maintain design systems and component libraries, and present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and development teams. You'll also work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets specifications, iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, and stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
We're hiring at multiple experience levels. Here's what we're looking for at each:
Junior UI/UX Designer (0-2 years experience)
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
Basic knowledge of user-centered design methodologies
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
Basic knowledge of design systems and component libraries
Strong attention to detail and visual design skills
Good communication skills and ability to receive feedback constructively
Portfolio demonstrating design work and problem-solving approach
Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship
Medior UI/UX Designer (2-5 years experience)
Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma preferred)
Proven experience designing web and mobile applications
Solid understanding of UX research methods and usability testing
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Strong knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
Ability to conduct user interviews and synthesize research findings
Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive demos
Knowledge of design handoff processes and collaboration with developers
Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and shipped products
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience working in an agile environment
Senior UI/UX Designer (5+ years experience)
Expert-level proficiency in design tools and design systems
Extensive experience leading design projects from concept to launch
Deep understanding of user research methodologies and data-driven design
Proven track record of designing complex web and mobile applications
Experience mentoring junior designers and providing design leadership
Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance business goals and user needs
Expertise in creating and scaling design systems across products
Knowledge of front-end technologies and constraints (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
Experience facilitating design workshops and stakeholder presentations
Ability to influence product strategy and advocate for users
Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and measurable impact
Experience establishing design processes and best practices
All Levels: Excellent English communication skills are required as you'll be working with international teams. We value designers who are empathetic, curious, collaborative, and passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities is essential.
Nice to Have
Experience with animation and motion design (After Effects, Principle), knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript), familiarity with design thinking and service design methodologies, experience with A/B testing and data analytics tools, understanding of branding and visual identity design, knowledge of illustration or icon design, experience with design collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam, etc.), contributions to design communities or open-source projects, UX certifications or formal design education, experience designing for specific domains (e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, etc.), familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, and experience working with distributed teams across different time zones would all be valuable additions to your profile.
