The Role
We're seeking talented Business Analysts at Junior, Medior, and Senior levels to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for our European clients. You'll work remotely from home in the Philippines with the flexibility to visit our Davao office when needed for collaboration or team events.
You'll be working across diverse projects to elicit requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions. Whether you're augmenting a client's existing team or working on dedicated project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills while working with international stakeholders and development teams.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into clear technical requirements. Your work will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements, creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and resolve ambiguities. You'll analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, document workflows, use cases, and process diagrams, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll also validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria, support user acceptance testing and provide training documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

Junior Business Analyst (0-2 years experience)
Understanding of business analysis fundamentals and methodologies
Basic knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation techniques
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience creating user stories and basic process documentation
Proficiency with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
Medior Business Analyst (2-5 years experience)
Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies
Experience creating detailed functional specifications and user stories
Solid understanding of process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams)
Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings
Knowledge of data analysis and ability to work with SQL queries
Understanding of software development processes and Agile practices
Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Ability to create mockups and wireframes to communicate requirements
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Experience conducting gap analysis and feasibility studies
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Senior Business Analyst (5+ years experience)
Extensive experience in business analysis across multiple domains and projects
Deep understanding of business process improvement and optimization
Expert knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis, and management
Proven track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience with enterprise architecture and system integration concepts
Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design concepts
Ability to lead requirements workshops and facilitate decision-making
Experience mentoring junior business analysts
Strong understanding of change management principles
Ability to define business analysis standards and best practices
Experience creating business cases and cost-benefit analyses
Knowledge of multiple industries and domain expertise
All Levels: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential as you'll be working daily with European clients and stakeholders. We value business analysts who are curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams.
Nice to Have
Business analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA), experience with specific domains (e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, etc.), knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design, familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), experience with API documentation and integration requirements, understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, etc.), knowledge of SQL and data analysis, experience with process automation and workflow tools, contributions to BA communities or thought leadership, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, experience with business intelligence and reporting requirements, and experience working with distributed teams across different time zones would all be valuable additions to your profile.
