The Role
We're seeking talented Solution Architects at Junior, Medior, and Senior levels to join our team and design comprehensive technology solutions for our European clients. You'll work remotely from home in the Philippines with the flexibility to visit our Davao office when needed for collaboration or team events.
You'll be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions that align business objectives with technical capabilities, working across multiple systems and platforms to create cohesive architectures. Whether you're supporting a client's existing solution architecture team or leading solution design for dedicated projects, this role offers the opportunity to shape strategic technical decisions while working with international teams and business stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for designing comprehensive solutions that address complex business challenges and technical requirements. Your work will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, defining solution architectures that span multiple applications, platforms, and technologies, and creating detailed solution designs, integration strategies, and migration plans. You'll evaluate technology options and provide recommendations based on business needs and constraints, ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices, and work with development teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation. You'll also conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for proposed solutions, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, and provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Junior Solution Architect (3-5 years development/architecture experience)
Strong technical background in software development and system design
Understanding of solution architecture principles and enterprise patterns
Experience designing solutions that integrate multiple systems or applications
Knowledge of various technology stacks and their trade-offs
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern architectural approaches
Understanding of business processes and how technology enables them
Ability to create solution designs and technical documentation
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Excellent communication skills with ability to work with business stakeholders
Willingness to develop strategic thinking and business alignment skills
Medior Solution Architect (5-8 years experience with 2+ years in solution/enterprise architecture)
Proven experience designing and delivering complex solutions across multiple domains
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
Experience with solution design for cloud migrations and digital transformation initiatives
Solid knowledge of integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise service buses
Experience working with business analysts and product owners to gather requirements
Ability to assess technical feasibility and provide cost-benefit analyses
Knowledge of vendor products and ability to evaluate build vs. buy decisions
Experience creating RFPs, technical proposals, and business cases
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
Track record of balancing business needs with technical constraints
Senior Solution Architect (8+ years experience with 4+ years in solution/enterprise architecture)
Extensive experience designing enterprise-wide solutions and technology strategies
Expert knowledge of multiple architectural domains (business, data, application, infrastructure)
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and strategic initiatives
Deep understanding of enterprise integration, data management, and system interoperability
Experience defining technology roadmaps and architectural governance
Strong business acumen with ability to align technology strategy with business objectives
Experience managing multiple concurrent solution designs and architectural initiatives
Ability to influence and guide C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Track record of mentoring solution architects and establishing architecture practices
Experience with vendor negotiations and managing strategic technology partnerships
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance, and security requirements
All Levels: Excellent English communication skills are essential as you'll be regularly presenting to European clients and business stakeholders. We value solution architects who think strategically, understand business context, and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. Strong presentation and documentation skills are crucial.
Nice to Have
Architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert), experience with specific industries (finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing), knowledge of enterprise software platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), experience with data architecture and analytics solutions, familiarity with IoT, AI/ML integration strategies, understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc.), experience with M&A technology integration, contributions to architecture communities or thought leadership, experience conducting architecture workshops and design thinking sessions, and experience working with distributed teams across different time zones would all be valuable additions to your profile.
