The Role
We're seeking talented Project Managers at Junior, Medior, and Senior levels to join our team and oversee software development projects for our European clients. You'll work remotely from home in the Philippines with the flexibility to visit our Davao office when needed for collaboration or team events.
You'll be managing software development projects across web, mobile, and enterprise applications, coordinating between development teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Whether you're supporting a client's existing team or managing dedicated project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills while working with international teams and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software development projects on time and within budget. Your work will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. You'll communicate regularly with European clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations, identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, track project progress and report on key metrics and KPIs, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
We're hiring at multiple experience levels. Here's what we're looking for at each:
Junior Project Manager (0-2 years experience)
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles and practices
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of web or mobile development concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship
Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Medior Project Manager (2-5 years experience)
Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation to delivery
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Scrum Master certification (preferred)
Experience coordinating distributed development teams
Solid understanding of software development processes and technical concepts
Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Experience creating and maintaining project documentation
Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Senior Project Manager (5+ years experience)
Extensive experience managing complex software development projects and programs
Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with multiple frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects with distributed teams
Strong technical background with ability to understand and discuss technical challenges
Experience managing project budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience managing C-level clients
Ability to mentor junior project managers and coach teams
Experience with project portfolio management and resource allocation
Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
PMP, Prince2, or similar certification (preferred)
Experience implementing and improving project management processes
All Levels: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential as you'll be working daily with European clients and international teams. We value project managers who are proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about delivering successful software projects. Experience working across different time zones is highly valued.
Nice to Have
Technical background in software development, experience with European clients and understanding of EU business culture, knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, experience with remote team management tools and practices, familiarity with different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Lean, etc.), experience with budget forecasting and financial reporting, knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements, contributions to project management communities or thought leadership, and certifications such as CSM, SAFe, PMP, or Prince2 would all be valuable additions to your profile.
