The Role
We're seeking talented iOS Engineers at Junior, Medior, and Senior levels to join our network of developers working on cutting-edge mobile applications for our European clients. You'll work remotely from home in the Philippines with the flexibility to visit our Davao office when needed for collaboration or team events.
You'll be working with modern Swift and SwiftUI technologies to build beautiful, performant iOS applications across various industries. Whether you're augmenting a client's existing team or working on dedicated project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills while working with international teams.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining iOS applications using the latest Apple technologies. Your work will involve collaborating closely with product teams to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code that follows iOS development best practices, and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. You'll also be contributing to technical discussions and helping shape architectural decisions for the projects you work on.
What We're Looking For
We're hiring at multiple experience levels. Here's what we're looking for at each:
Junior iOS Engineer (0-2 years experience)
Basic proficiency in Swift and understanding of iOS development fundamentals
Familiarity with SwiftUI or UIKit
Understanding of basic iOS frameworks and design patterns
Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship
Basic knowledge of Git version control
Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to tackle challenges
Medior iOS Engineer (2-5 years experience)
Strong proficiency in Swift and proven experience building iOS applications with SwiftUI
Solid understanding of iOS frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern backend integration
Comfortable with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
Ability to work independently on features with minimal supervision
Experience working in an agile environment
Senior iOS Engineer (5+ years experience)
Expert-level proficiency in Swift and extensive experience with SwiftUI and iOS ecosystem
Deep understanding of iOS architecture patterns and ability to make sound technical decisions
Proven track record of delivering complex iOS applications
Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews
Strong knowledge of performance optimization and app architecture
Ability to lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
All Levels: Strong English communication skills are required as you'll be working with international teams. We value developers who are self-motivated, take ownership of their work, and are passionate about staying current with iOS development trends and technologies.
Nice to Have
Experience with Vapor or other Swift backend frameworks, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing, familiarity with multi-platform Swift development (macOS, watchOS, tvOS), contributions to open-source projects, and experience working with distributed teams across different time zones would all be valuable additions to your profile.
